Our Philosophy My Network Expert believes clients are best served by a monthly support agreement based upon a per PC price schedule. Much like your car, regular maintenance rather than waiting for problems to occur, is always recommended, and typically required by manufacturers. By "insuring" your total network’s health on a monthly basis, the fear of how much a call to a computer specialist will cost is eliminated - thus leading to our clients being proactive towards maintaining uptime for their computer users. Of course for those who prefer to "roll the dice" on the integrity of their equipment, we are willing to consider support on a per call basis - although we do not believe the cost benefit ratio is in the best interest of our Clients.
